The Therapeutic Fitness & Sports Medicine Center is the only Certified Medical Fitness Facility in Southeastern Connecticut, meeting the standards set forth by the Medical Fitness Association. The MFA is an affiliate of the American Hospital Association and provides industry standards, educational programs, benchmarks, professional development and networking. The Therapeutic Fitness & Sports Medicine Department is housed in Old Saybrook, just off of Route 9 and Interstate 95. Not only do we operate in our 3,000 square foot facility, we also contract out our Sports Medicine Services to local high schools, colleges and municipalities.
