Lawrence & Memorial volunteers provide support and strength to our patients, families and staff. Volunteers come from all backgrounds and age groups, they share a common desire to offer caring and compassion through service. Volunteers reap personal satisfaction and gain a greater sense of purpose by sharing their time and talents with others.
Placement opportunities range from administrative and patient support to support of positions in the coffee shop and hospital gift shop.
Gentle Touch & Guided Imagery Program — A unique program designed to help relax and comfort patients through guided imagery and light touch to the hands and feet during their stay at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital.
