4 week preparing for birth classes, 2 1/2 hours each week for 4 weeks

The preparing for birth classes should be taken during the 7th-8th month of pregnancy. Includes information on how do I know I am in labor? When do I go to the hospital? Stages and phases of labor, non medication and medication comfort measures.Breathing and relaxation exercises. Cesarean section info and tour of the maternity unit. Wear comfortable clothes and bring pillow and small blanket.
